Dr. English has taught me to acknowledge my feelings and to search for the source of my feelings.
I have learned to reduce the source of my anger and to use the knowledge to brighten my day. Once I learned that watching the news contributed and released my anger I rationed my news watching. Once I learned to recognize my feelings, I have connected with my body. Controlled my sugar intake (to 0) and changed my eating habits. That is only the tip of the iceberg. Thank you Dr. English.
