I’m not a satisfied customer! I would like a second opinion concerning my hot water tank. It was installed on January 2023. A warranty appointment on December 1 2025 revealed that the water wouldn’t drain. The technician said the problem was sediment buildup. I’m having a difficult time believing sediment buildup is the problem as the isn’t 2 years old

Quality Water Systems / R & S Drilling / Templeton Well Drilling Replied: Thank you for sharing your experience, Terence. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding the hot water tank issue. Please know that our team is here to assist you and provide clarity—don’t hesitate to reach out for a second opinion to ensure you get the answers you deserve!
