Quality Water Systems / R & S Drilling / Templeton Well Drilling

We recently had a well drilled and everything went smooth from start to finish. Steve and Joe did a great job with the drilling and installation even with the less than ideal situations they had to deal with. They answered any questions we had along the way and kept us informed as to the progress of the project. I also recently started bottled water delivery at work and Doris was very helpful getting us set up and working with me until we knew how many bottles we would need. And thank you to Mike for lugging the bottles up 2 flights of steps. Keep up the good work guys!!

Awesome service. The only place I go for water!

Very pleased with the service. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt & professional...not pushy!

I can’t say enough great things about the services provided through an excellent force of talented people. Thank you for the help in treating my well issues and taking care of my family.

Travis came out to give me an estimate on my water system. I was told by another company a very high price to rebuild my system. Travis gave me a great quote and I got a new system for the price the other company wanted to rebuild. I was at work so he talked with my son who thought he was great,he explained how every thing worked to him. Thanks Travis

DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR WELL!! We were on a huge time crunch and worked very close with Lori to get the job done! They do what is needed and do not sell you on a bunch of nonsense! They are prompt and maintain a close communication. The on site well drillers as well were just as nice. We could not ask for better price, service, or communication company. We will keep R & S/Quality water systems # close for future and maintenance.

We had no water late on Friday evening which was a holiday weekend. Joe, George and Travis made it their mission not to leave before we had water again. this company is knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional. I highly recommend this Company and will use no one else going forward.

Joe and George were very professional and kept me updated on the job at all times.

I would highly recommend R & S Drilling/Quality Water Service. Their staff was knowledgeable and professional. The issue with our water well was quickly diagnosed and resolved without delay. Thank you to all the staff who we worked with. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Quality Water, Travis, Brian and George tracked down my well pump problem and fixed it in a couple of hours. Fine people, professional demeanour and very knowledgeable. They will be my first choice for any water or well issues.

I was having trouble with my water softener, and I called them to help me fix it. Travis, the associate with whom I interacted, came over to my house to inspect the softener and told me what needed to be done to fix it. He was very professional and went above and beyond in making sure I understood the issues. My softener is now completely fixed. He then a few days later personally called me to make sure the softener was running properly and everything was in order. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again if I have another issue because of their knowledge and personal service. I highly recommend them!

I called them with no water and Travis came out immediately and diagnosed the problem. Their guys came out swiftly and replaced our well pump. Guys were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I'd definitely recommend to anyone having water issues

Our well pump failed on Sunday night after 25 years of use. A quick call to Quality Water Systems and we had water by noon on Monday. Very professional and fast. We will definitely contact them again when we need service.

Thank you Travis and Quality Water for all the time and effort, put into pin pointing the issues with our water and finding a solution to the issue. We greatly appreciate all the help.

Great people....Travis is terrific....The installers could not have been better.

They all know what they are doing and the systems that they installed are working perfectly.

Quality water did a great job with my well. The guys were relentless and did not give up where most companies would have called it quits.. Highly Recommended!!

Had a great experience with this company. very honest, thoroughly explained everything. friendly service. very neat work and our water is great!

My water in Canfield was so hard that we were replacing toilets almost every year. We also had serious issues with our appliances. Thanks to a new water softener and reverse osmosis we have the best tasting and cleanest water in the Mahoning Valley! Saving money on bottled water and hard water plumbing repairs has been a huge savings. Thanks quality!
