Our well stopped working on the Friday before Memorial Day. We didn't think we could get anyone out to fix it. I called QWS and George came on the line, assured me that he and a crew would be out, came out, fixed the problem all within 2 hrs. I cannot imagine anyone using anyone else. Pat W. Did a great job with finding the problem that was causing my well pump to not run. He took his time going over my pump system and found an issue with an old fuse switch connected to my pump. He fixed that problem and had my water supply back up and running in less then two hours.

When our pressure tank burst, I called Quality Water. It's obvious to me that the team is intentional about customer experience. The first call back was from the office where I was made to feel like part of the family.

The next call was from the technician who said they were 15 minutes out and did I want them to bring me anything on their way (water, coffee etc). And all that wasn’t just for show.

At the house, they carefully inspected our situation and compassionately explained the course of action.

We feel very confident we are being taken care of for all of our water-related needs.

Our water was really bad with loads of iron, hardness and a terrible odor. Every plumbing fixture in our beautiful home had become inundated with rusty brown stains. Clothes were not coming clean in the wash and all our dish ware were stained with impossible to remove water spots. Then we found ourselves faced with utilizing a very harsh chemical regime to try and keep up with the seemingly permanent rust stains in our showers, tubs, toilets and sinks. Not to mention our appliances that were becoming stained as well.

Travis and his team at Quality Water came in and basically rebuilt our entire water treatment system from the ground up. My initial call was received by Barbara who immediately makes you feel welcome. She asked the right questions to determine my well service need and quickly provided a date and time to meet with a technician.

George and John texted a heads up they would be at my house in an hour and even offered to pick up a coffee for me! Who does that anymore?!

Like Barbara, they asked plenty of great questions to better evaluate our house needs. After examining my current well pump system we agreed on a partial replacement and avoid larger unnecessary costs.

They were able to replace the unit in an hour and left the basement area clean.
