George and Rob were so patient and informative when my well ran dry. I was in complete panic mode, but Lori in the office made me feel like they made me a priority. They came and explained my problems very thoroughly and made sure I understood what to do in the future. I’ll only ever use R&S from now on.

Friendly. Helpful. Patient. Respectful. Professional. This was the first time I had my submerged pump, well and pressure tank worked on. At no point did anyone make me feel ashamed of my ignorance, but took the time to explain what they were doing and what I was responsible for. I almost regret that the problems they resolved won’t need addressed for another 15+ years, because they were such a joy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

On Time & Great Service Again

They did a great job of cleaning out our well and making the best of the mud and clay getting all over them. They never complained on the job and explained what they were doing each step. Was great to know our well was deeper than expected and they had to add 20 more ft of wire and pipe into our well, this was due to the cleaning and clearing out so much unwanted rust, sand and clay we needed gone, if not our new pump may have only lasted for 3 years! Glade we signed on this much needed cleaning. 👍

Michael does a great job for us. He is always pleasant and courteous. He carefully places the salt delivery next to softener and bags are never broken. We appreciate his effort.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Laurie who was reassuring and competent. She expedited the information to the drilling team and had them out to quickly access my well. Once there the well technicians, George, Logan, and Dakota, were both courteous and knowledgeable of the situation. The head technician George explained the process throughly and any possible outcomes in attempting to recover my well. We finally decided that a new well was the best option. The administration to schedule through the emergency instillation of a new pump for the well were thorough, professional and respectful. They persisted even when they encountered a problem with the pitiless hanging system. I would use them again without reservation

Last Friday, April 19, 2019, we had an emergency situation concerning an abandon 2nd well/real estate sale of our property. Our realtor got in touch with Lori at Quality Water immediately. From the minute we contacted Lori/Quality the quality of help and service was excellent. Lori was cooperative, extremely helpful, professional and compassionate. She resourced our well history and figured out a solution in record speed. She had a QWS team, Rob/Joe, out to our resident within an hour to evaluate our situation. Rob/Joe were very professional, informative and took care of part of our solution in a timely manner. Another team from QWS, George/team, were here on Tuesday morning, as scheduled and professionally completed our solution. Received the county water quality report for the house we are buying and got quite a surprise. The well is not up to code and there is an old well that was never sealed or capped. Neither item was disclosed and we were under contract. Asked Quality Water for a ball park figure on what it would cost to fix. They had a technician there the next day! Great service! Code problems turned out minor and owners are sealing old well at reasonable price. Peace of mind had returned. Thanks Quality Water.
