Qualified Cleaning Service

My past experiences with Qualified Cleaning have been excellent. This time, it was just good. Sarah and Stacey arrived on time and took their 30-minute break on time and they were sweet to my dog and aware not to let her out, and I appreciated that. However, they both worked in the same area and thus talked to each other the entire time (4 hours) about personal stuff and I was working at home. They also missed a few spots in dusting (master bedroom mirror, main room lamps). When they were finished it did not smell as fresh as I remember in the past (not sure they emptied the mopping water enough). Overall I am still pleased and will use Qualified Cleaning and I hope the service will get back to excellent.

Qualified Cleaning Service was great. We bought a house that was not cared for or cleaned in any manner. Sarah came through and did an amazing job and when we found a couple things cleaned not to our liking they sent out another person to finish the job to our satisfaction. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Thank you for your speedy responses to every tedious message I sent. You guys rock!!!!

I am a full time caretaker for an incapacitated elderly family member. After weeks of barely being able to keep up with the chores on top of everything else, I decided to call Qualified Cleaning. They were immediately responsive. In my initial phone call they answered absolutely every question I had. They were able to fit me in quickly and around my schedule. When they arrived they world quickly and efficiently. I have used cleaning services in the past and one thing I loved about this service was after they left I COULD STILL FIND EVERYTHING! Their rates matched what I was quoted on the phone and I was able to pay with a card. The service was really personal and detailed. Will definitely use them again.

I hired Megan and Lindsay to perform a deep clean in my home almost a year ago. They still clean my house for me every week. They are very thorough, excellent at what they do, always on time, professional, and flexible with what I need done. Ie, organizing, exterior windows if needed, etc. They go above and beyond and always willing to do much more than just weekly cleaning. I don't know what I would do without them :-)

Had a last minute meeting that was scheduled in our office. Called Qualified and they were able to get there the next morning. They did an excellent job getting our office and conference room cleaned with about an hour to spare. So impressed that we are going to have them come weekly.
