A great company, after water flood from my Nextdoor neighbors which damaged my whole laminate flooring, ATI restoration came to the rescue, first they came same day after I call my insurance Nationwide, they did all the dry of the damage and make sure that not mold was going to form, after that process the ATI restoration crew came and did a full inspection with cameras and computer measuring exactly every inch need it to repair walls and flooring, they present options of flooring but I went with American Flooring option for an upgrade of the laminate, and the final result the best! 5 stars. Thank you all the ATI crew ( Jason Palmer, Rubens Martin and Robinson) I have my home back!

Our family home had suffered water damage to kitchen cabinetry and flooring, and had been dealing with a different restoration company for over a year before going bankrupt! Such a huge difference!! I loved the work ATI Restoration did. I'm amazed of the professionalism each person had which made the process easier. The project mangers were also great and walked me through the process. Disasters do happen in the home but when you have a great team it helps to reduce the stress. I rate then 10/10. Just let them do the work and you won't be disappointed.

Job was completed ahead of schedule and handled very professionally.

In December 2021 we noticed water under the hardwood floor in our dining room. We had a/c checked; was a plumbing issue; filed a claim with insurer and referred to QFB. Randy Clark has been our project manager and has continued to walk through this process with us. We had some delays due to product availability; and in the middle of the reconstruction my precious husband of 52 years had a heart attack with surgery and did not survive. Randy and his team worked diligently to have areas completed prior to hubby coming home from hospital but he never made it home. This caused a month delay with unpacking potions of the house. I cannot say enough about QFB, Randy Clark and all the mitigation group; the packers and the care they have shown to me. I am anxiously awaiting the flooring to be completed. Randy is prompt to respond to my calls and messages. What a year this has been.
