John was prompt and very professional in his initial response to my inquiry. I sent him a few photos of my mother’s house to give him a better idea of the siding and roof conditions so that he could provide an accurate estimate for the pressure washing services.

He arrived on time the next day and the work he did was incredible. He pressure washed all the siding, the roof, porch, back deck, side walk and driveway and the cleaning agents he used were very high quality and appropriate depending upon the surface he was cleaning. (Some other pressure washing companies had used wrong cleaning agents in the past which had worn down the surfaces of some areas so having John use the correct ones was a huge relief.) He also took care to cover all outlets and clean the windows as well!

Outstanding. Unlike others in this industry, John responded VERY quickly to our request for an estimate AND he did a thorough job washing our house and gutters! He even made a return visit to resolve a few areas that showed "runs" through the siding's weep holes. John truly cares about doing a great job for his customers. Result: Our house looks new again!

Tip Top Wash did a great job with our driveway/sidewalk and soft washing of our house last summer. John was responsive, reasonable, and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend and will use him again for future services for sure.

We had a big job in a wooded residential setting. John completed a full house wash, including a soft roof wash (with many steep angles), seven skylights and many windows (high off the ground). After two days of hard work, John transformed our home to make it brighter, less spider-webby and debri-free. We didn't realize how dirty the house was until we saw the after version. We already received several compliments and plan to call on John regularly for our future maintenance.

John did an outstanding job at our home. We contracted him to wash our roof-top solar panels, gutters, siding, and windows. It took him all day since our gutters were so full of debris and our panels had not been cleaned in 3 years. He was very professional and stayed on the job, dedicated to completing it before going home. We were happy to see that he vacuumed out all the gutter debris, instead of blowing it out and making a mess of our yard. We plan to have him come back in a few weeks to also clean all of our concrete flatwork. We highly recommend John for all exterior cleaning needs!
