Tip Top Wash

John and another employee came by today and cleaned my metal roof with 2 years of algae/mold growth. They did a great job and they provided a thorough clean-up once complete. My roof looks new again! I’ll definitely use Tip Top for future work on my house!

Today, Morgan worked very hard soft washing the vinyl siding of my house, garage door and eaves, brick patio, wood porch, and stucco/brick wall. It took him about 3 hours, and they all look so much better! I try and stay on top of these every year or two, but mold gets bad on the wall and patio, and I am impressed by the improvement and Morgan's work ethic. The price is comparable to others, and I am happy with the results. Photos are before and after of the wall.

He gave me honest feedback on what to expect from cleaning my 15 old gutters. I was kept informed as to the next steps. This year, I used TipTop to clean my roof after reading what black streaks mean, which is a bacteria that eats away at the limestone in your shingles. Tip Top’s team handled our home pressure washing needs from start to finish with a personal and professional touch. They were easy to schedule with and worked on our timetable and with weather conditions. The quote was extremely reasonable and we are now a very clean home with our brickwork restored, siding shining, and gutters and windows properly maintained. It took less than 4 hours to complete work, and their technician was an excellent communicator. It can be nerve-wracking moving to a new city and working to find trustworthy home maintenance companies; Tip Top is now on our permanent list of providers.

The workman arrived close to when he said he would, they were a few minutes late, but texted me to tell me that they were on their way, so that was appreciated. They worked diligently and did an excellent job. I wish I had "before and after" pictures, because it is much better looking than it was. They didn't have a hose long enough to do the back porch, but they returned the next day to finish. I am very pleased with the work, the price was reasonable (especially with the special they were running on doing the exterior windows for free), and I would confidently recommend them to anyone else.
