I've been lucky enough to have the cleaning team from Pure Gorge Cleaning for about 8 months now, and they've been terrific! Among the things I've appreciated:

- There's a team of cleaning specialists that come to the house, with one person who's the "team lead." This "team lead" helps direct the others, and always checks in on anything in particular that needs attention. Our lead (Mysty) has been thorough and professional, bringing a lot of care to the process and really helping keep the house shining.

- There's always a walk-through at the end, where the lead points out things the team paid special attention to, or what they'll work on more next time.

Not a very thorough cleaning, though I was told the first time would be a "double" cleaning. 2 ladies came and cleaned while we were out of the house. That was my second mistake. When we returned they were gone. Didn't dust the bookcases, though I specifically asked for that. I also asked for the baseboards and lower walls in the hall to be cleaned because our dog leans up against them. Not done. I asked for the ceiling fans to be done. Missed that too. And the pot rack in the kitchen, and on and on. Duh, why did I have to ask for something they should have done as a matter of course?
