I was disappointed that we couldn't get a deal done. But I have to say I was SO appreciative of the time Brian invested into educating me on options that i didn't know I had. My place is modest. It had some major issues that I didn't know about that made making a deal that made sense just not possible because repairs would have exceeded what my little house is worth. I'm bummed. But I got a free inspection, they didn't just ghost me like 3 other "investors" did, and even gave me expert advise and walked me through what they'd do in my siutation and now at least I have a plan. THey didn't have to do that. There was nothing in it for them. Bless em. Thank you!
