Rita was the seller on a recent transaction, for my family friend. The transaction was full of challenges, which were completely out of our control. I inherited 2 properties after some family members passed away within 2 years of each other. Both properties were not maintained for decades and owned by hoarders. I was completely overwhelmed with what to do and didn’t have the time, man power, or will to clean up, fix and sell the houses myself.

In my experience, most people have an agenda which usually benefits ONLY them. That was NOT the case with the folks at Cartwheel. I truly felt that they wanted only the best for me in my situation. I wasn't always easy to work with but these guys took it in stride without making me feel rushed or pressured. I've sold several homes to these guys over the years. Even as they've grown (they deserve it), it still feels like Im calling a small family-owned business each time, and I like that. The first time was admittedly a bit rocky, which was my fault. I didn't fully understand the process and was going through a transition where I wasn't the best communicator - But they never made me feel like I was at fault (I was) and it's been smooth sailing from there. As I wind down my practice and sell off my last few homes and head into retirement, they will be my preferred route because they are good communicators, fair, low pressure and they buy when they say they will. Hats off.

Anthony was great and did everything he said when he said, how he said. I got what I wanted for the house it took far less time than listing it. I had a huge old victorian needing tons of work and they paid me cash. No hassle and was easy. I did not even have to travel to the attorney's office the money was wired. I was nervous and had never sold anything before. I did my research and this seemed as if it were the best company to use and I am glad I did as it truly was.

Rita is a consummate professional. We were hired to help with a terrible cat situation in a semi-demolished property. While the work was exceedingly more difficult than a normal service, working with an understanding professional really made the difference as there were obvious limitations and exceptions. Rita helped make our first experience working with Cartwheel a terrific one!
