The technicians are well informed on most issues that may arise. Should there be a situation they have not encountered before and are not familiar with they will seek answers from their vendors on how to proceed/treat properly.
I have utilized their summer services and annual preventive carpenter ant treatment for over 8 years and been very satisfied. They treat from the outside so their is never any odor or residue inside and no need to be home when they come.
