I could tell by my first call to Prompt Action this was a company I was looking for. The ladies on the phone were very friendly and knowledgeable. When the tech came out he wasn't just working for the company, " he was the owner" he listened to what I thought and started looking in areas where I was having a problem. They solved the problem the first time, but I had them come out for a couple more months to be sure. The nice thing is there is no pressure if the problem stops great, if it starts up again, they are there to help you out. They know what they're doing. I recommend Prompt Action.
