What a great experience from setting up service with Rachel to Jeb arriving earlier than expected! We weren’t able to come up north for six months and the mice made themselves at home. Rachel was so very pleasant and knowledgeable and Jeb was very nice and surely knows his profession. He found where they were coming in and eliminated their entry point. He strategically placed bait stations in the house and RV. My mind is at ease knowing that the mice are being evicted and finding mouse poop everywhere will soon be a thing of the past!

Indoor mice. Jason did a thorough inspection and took action to fix the areas where mice were finding a way indoors. I was pleased with his efforts, professionalism, and followup to show me what he did.

I had a friend recommend lee from this company to come and do my apartment. I had done a drywall job that was badly infested with roaches. Come to find out later on I brought home some unwanted roaches. The apartment manager had someone else come in for the first time and he didn’t do a vary good job and I was a wreck. I called prompt action and asked for lee to come out. He come out and hit every room in my apartment and answered all my questions he did way more then the first company. I’m so happy and grateful that I had called them I haven’t had even one roach since lee came out and he came for the second time checked everything out and I have my peace of mind back!!! Prompt Pest Control has done a great job keeping our home property pest free after some winters of as many as 10 mice in traps. They are prompt, call and make appointments, Manny has been the technicians I've worked with and he is very polite and follows up ever six months to check traps sitting around in the house and ourside the house.
