The service tech, Brandon, was on time and explained what was needed to solve our bug issue without sounding like a salesperson and pushing ad-on's. Brandon was thorough in his applications and explained the process beautifully. I would highly recommend this company. So glad I found them, after our current pest control was unwilling to help.

Easy to work with.

Our family has used Prompt Action Pest Control since 2000, around when Jerry and Edwina Hanson founded this company. Now their sons run the company. Brant is our service technician, and he is superb. We do a quarterly mice check of the bait feeders, and then also an annual carpenter ant application. It is a local, family-owned company, and when it comes to pests, we would not think of calling anyone else. 10 Stars.

They came out the same day. I couldn’t believe it because I had another estimate for 3 weeks out. It was very easy to schedule with them, and the technician was on time. He explained everything he did thoroughly and I have not heard the critter since he left. They even gave me the option of leaving the one-way door up until Spring, in case it was a bat in the attic. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
