I would highly recommend this company! I had bat problem and they came within 1-2 days of my call and were so kind and patient with all of my questions (and fear!). We've had Prompt Action Pest control assist us with bat removal as well as rodent control. We haven't seen a mouse or bat inside since we've started working with them ever since! Tyler, our technician is courteous and checks in to see if we need any other services while he is working at the property. Very highly recommended!

Prompt Action Pest did a bat exclusion today. They were very professional from the beginning of the quote to the end of the job. The job didn't take very long, and the technician answered all of my questions about bats and was very knowledgable and professional. I am very happy with the communication, they always answered my calls and questions and were on time to appointment. I am certain that they knew what they were doing for sure, and that the bats will be exculded soon!!
