Prompt Action Bat & Pest Control

Stephen was very quick to get down to business, find out everything about the wasps bothering our home. He took care of the problem, was respectful, kept us informed of the process. When he was done, he told us we could call him if we noticed any activity. I will be recommending Prompt to anyone I hear that has pest problems.

They have been maintaining my residence for several years. They took care of a bat problem several years ago and each year they come back and the issue has gone away. It is such a great peace of mind knowing they're there for us. The technician that comes over is very nice, takes time to explain to me what is going on and makes sure everything is as it should be.
