We purchased 20 bat bags for a varsity high school team and wanted to have some customization done on them, school logo, a name and a number etc. Not knowing if it was possible for the bags to have an iron on logo or an embroidery logo done and needing to keep the costs down as much as possible, I heavily relied on their knowledge and expertise to guide me. The staff from the moment that they answered the phone, to ongoing progress communication, all the way to the day I picked up the bags, their team was exceptional. They were helpful and informed me of all my options, costs and what to do to get the best possible results. They turned out wonderful and the team loved them! I would definitely use them again! Proforma prints our envelopes with our business logo. They do both our window envelopes & plain envelopes. The order process is very easy, and approving the proof is as simple as clicking a link in an email. I also received a UPS tracking number as soon as my order was sent. Bertha was great to work with!
