Recently, we had an issue with UPS’s inability to deliver a box of ch do stock. Essentially, UPS never rang our bell. Lisa and Lorin jumped in to re-route the delivery as we requested. But, it wasn’t merely a rerouting. Lisa followed up a few times with me to provide updates and made sure that I got the delivery.
I am big on having relationships with clients and the various outside vendors, banks, etc. I loved the fact that I wasn’t treated like another number. And, despite the fact that my order was relatively small, I was treated like a VIP.
Great company because of great people! I highly recommend them!

We purchased 20 bat bags for a varsity high school team and wanted to have some customization done on them, school logo, a name and a number etc. Not knowing if it was possible for the bags to have an iron on logo or an embroidery logo done and needing to keep the costs down as much as possible, I heavily relied on their knowledge and expertise to guide me. The staff from the moment that they answered the phone, to ongoing progress communication, all the way to the day I picked up the bags, their team was exceptional. Proforma prints our envelopes with our business logo. They do both our window envelopes & plain envelopes. The order process is very easy, and approving the proof is as simple as clicking a link in an email. I also received a UPS tracking number as soon as my order was sent. Bertha was great to work with!
