Apparently it is an old wives tale that you cannot teach an old dog new tricks...because Joseph can. I took my 8 year old Siberian husky (StarScream, the escape artist) and my 3 year old rescue GSD (Anubis with ADHD) for obedience training and they came back as new dogs...They are obedient, good listeners, wait at the door until I say it's okay, come when called, good heelers (didn't really think too much about it but now it's a dream to walk with them), and overall more calm. My husky, who would take off any chance he got, can now wait for me at the door off leash until I give him permission to go in. It is a great peace in the household now knowing they will listen and obey. Joseph is patient and has definitely answered his calling in being able to train dogs....if mine can benefit this greatly, trust me, yours can too. Thanks so much again Joseph!

worked with my dog bella, black lab, got her on commands...she can now jog with me around neighborhood...still use some stimulation to keep her in check when we pass another dog...very pleased

Joseph worked with my male GSD pup from the time he was about 5 months old until he was about 8 months old (about six months ago). We did both a few private lessons and a board and train with a follow up session. I can say truthfully that I've been incredibly impressed with the results, as well as with Joseph's professionalism, caring approach, patience, and attention to detail. He was patient both with Gunnar and with me in terms of teaching and correcting technique. He has always been willing to go above and beyond, consistently delivering more than he promised. To be clear, most German Shepherds are intense, but this pup is particularly so. While that means that he has been challenging at times, it also means that he has an incredible amount of potential, and Joseph has really unlocked that potential. As I continue to utilize the techniques that Joseph taught us, I see Gunnar...

We sent our 18 month old Bully Sarge for the two week board training. Every issue we had with our Bully was addressed. Door manners in and out the house, well mannered around company (no jumping when greeting), along with the basic obedient commands. You couldn't ask for a better trainer for your pet.

Absolutely phenomenal! Not many in the business willing to go over and beyond for a client...... But that's exactly what can be expected. You can tell when someone loves their career choice!! Would have given 10 stars had it been an option!
