We have used Andy's services for about 5 years now, where we have our windows cleaned (they do an outstanding job with this!). We recently had our driveway power washed which, I assumed was done with a power nozzle - nope! Pro Care used a large rotating brush to scrub our driveway clean. Their precision cleaning enabled a repair man to fill in the deep cracks on our steep driveway. According to the repair man, Pro Care did such a great job of cleaning so that his products would adhere correctly to our concrete. Procare is at the top of their game when it comes to customer service, availability and customer care! After two failed, no show attempts to have my windows cleaned by other companys, I called Procare. Andy and his staff were cheery and available to clean the windows the next day! They showed up when scheduled and did an impeccable job cleaning the windows, screens and tracks. Remember to ask about screens and tracks if you want them cleaned as they are a nominal additional charge and they need to know to be able to schedule the technicians extra time at your location. I will never call another company for our windows! Our nextdoor neighbor ran out and hired them as they were leaving my driveway, they were at her home next day as well. Thank you, Procare!!
