Was getting ready to drive to work and my garage door would not go up more than a foot. Called Proactive Garage Door Repair from work and they were able to come out to my house a couple hours later. Turns out we have an older garage door that is not so common, and the springs broke on it. Despite this, the tech was still able to fix it the same day. I would highly recommend them!
