Karen (owner) did a pre-visit to assess the work. She was very professional, asked many questions and was genuinely concerned about understanding and meeting this client’s needs. On the day of the cleaning, she and the team showed up early (fantastic) and got right to work! Jenny and Crystal were friendly and did an excellent job: I highly recommend this small, locally owned business.

I look forward to their service each week now. They make my home sparkle, and I can concentrate on running my business.

I decided it was time to look for a professional cleaning agency to help pick up the slack in my small house. One day after reaching out to Karen, she was at my house with her cleaning tech Ashley! WOW! I discussed my needs with Karen and Ashley got right to work. It's such a relief to be able to sit on my wood floors without thinking of all germs that had piled up! Ashley took care with the small details like getting behind a large hutch (I have a lot of dog and cat hair) and putting everything back where she found it (on counters, etc). I'm definitely a satisfied customer, and highly recommend Pristine House Cleaning.
