Pristine House Cleaning

We’ve used Pristine House Cleaning twice now, and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work. We signed up for biweekly cleaning, and it is worth every penny.

Cynthia has been assigned to our home, and she is absolutely wonderful. She’s courteous, kind, incredibly attentive to detail, and does an excellent job every single time.

It’s also very clear that their employees are exceptionally well trained. The level of care and consistency in the service really stands out.

As a very busy small business owner, having this help has genuinely improved my life immeasurably. There are only so many hours in a week, and being able to buy back some of that time while still getting to come home to a beautifully cleaned house has been invaluable. It’s one less major thing competing for my limited time and energy, and I wish I had done it...

Excellent service, it is a pleasure to come home to a thoroughly cleaned home. I would recommend their services to anyone. Our cleaner has even bonded with our cat.

Overall the quality of the clean was very good. They were very responsive and the team was efficient. Most of the things that really needed a proper cleaning received it, and the before and after is very stark. The cleaning crew that came through did quite a good job, and were very friendly. Though I will list some negatives below, I think I would generally recommend the service. The service feels targeted more towards people moving in or moving out, if you actively live there then it may not be as worthwhile, though I feel like I mostly got my money's worth.
I think there are two downsides to the service:
1. They will not move furniture for you. If you have any furniture that isn't easy to get under, they just will not clean under or around it without you being there to move it, no matter how light it is. Realistically, if you want as good a clean as possible, you will...

Great Cleaning $30.0 tip

I had my first cleaning with Pristine last Thursday and it was a great experience! From the initial intake to the scheduling to the cleaning itself, everyone has been very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Melissa and Sharah (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) were both assigned to my home and I give them 5 stars!

O.M.G. What just happened? After the fabulous women from Pristine House Cleaning came and worked their magic my house is gleaming. Gleaming! The walls are even brighter! My kitchen cabinets are sighing in relief and look new. Every inch of my house is glowing because it is so clean. They cleaned the baseboards and I could cry with joy at how good the rooms look. They took 10 years off my house it looks so much better.

Also, they were amazing at communication. I got emails and texts about the appointment and texts about arrival time on the day.

I will so be hiring them again.

The techs that cleaned the bathrooms at our new home did a fantastic job. They asked about our main priorities and offered a walkthrough when they were done. Very glad I hired a professional team to tackle the move-in clean, especially the walk-in shower!
