When you ask for our experience, it would be helpful not to put your words in the box ("I love. . .). That just makes it what you wish to hear.
Fortunately, the job looks great. The odor was a surprise and contacting someone to ask questions of prior to the installation was impossible although Candy did the best she could. She didn't know how to answer my questions. The lack of communication made us wonder if the job was a scam. We still haven't heard about work on the garage door which Terry agreed to on September 23, 2021.
Alex and Eric did a great job; when they didn't arrive at the appointed time, a phone call would have helped us not to be concerned--like Terry did when he was held up with an emergency job and ran late.
