The product is very nice and we love the garage floor. The price was right, too! The smell takes a while to dissipate if humidity is low . Drying time was excellent. Our only issue was with the screened porch floor that developed tiny bubbles on the surface as it dried. It took several days and miscommunication about when the repair would be done. When the technician came out he was very nice and completely sanded down the bubbles and recoated the entire surface. Unfortunately, the tiny bubbles developed again within an hour of being recoated. There was no follow-up to my inquiry with the sales rep. We flattened all the bubbles ourselves and that seems to have taken care of the surface. It’s a great product, but no one could satisfactorily explain why the bubbles developed on the screen porch floor only except that there must have been some moisture in the concrete. We are...
