Terry came out to access our needs. I hime a 5 out of 5 for his knowledge and professionalism. We are hiring Garage Doors and More based upon Liftmaster being an American product, Angie's List and Terry to a install a new garage door opener system.

This is our 1st time using Garage Doors & More of the Piedmont and I was thoroughly pleased. The person scheduling the repairman to come out was extremely friendly...even concerned that we may have a car stuck in the garage as a result of the spring breaking. Terry (repairman) was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure to explain the problem & offer various solutions based on cost. I will definitely use them again.

After messaging 5 other garage companies within the last 2 weeks, being stood up by 2 of them, and never hearing back from the other 3, I contacted Garage Doors and More. I sent a message around 4:30pm on Thursday and got two emails within 10 minutes confirming they got my message, then confirming an appointment time. I received a call Friday morning from Nick saying Terry would arrive between 5:30 and 6pm. Nick answered all of my questions and was very professional. Terry called me around 5:15 to let me know he was caught in some traffic, but would be there around 6pm. When Terry arrived, he talked with my mom about what needed to be fixed, prices, let us know there's a chance we'd need a new track on one side, and got to work. Mike Connell did a great job, very experienced and thorough and would give 5 stars other than the fact that 1/2 hour after my appointment time no one had showed up or called me. I had to call to find out that he was on an emergency call with no idea when he would show, which ended up being noon, 2 hours after appt time. Despite that I would recommend this company for garage door repairs.

I've been in Customer Service for over 23 years and it's rare to receive such professional and courteous service. Terry arrived on time and throughly assessed our garage door needs. He took his time and explained all our options, making sure to communicate the pros and cons of each outcome. Through his respectful demeanor and extensive experience, we're confident we made the right choice with Garage Doors & More of the Piedmont.

Employee was on time , handled himself very professional while performing the task assigned to him. Very concerned to assure customer was very satisfied. Even with the problems he encountered installing the door he was very professional dealing with the problem and assured me he would fix it before leaving the job site VERY SATISFIED ☺️

Great job. Terry Caldwell called me twice with updates on his arrival time. Very polite & informative. In addition to doing the repairs, he made a suggestion on installing new rollers that could be a potential problem in the future as the old steel ones were worn & scraping the track which was putting additional strain on the engine. He did not try to push something that I didn't need but pointed this out & I decided to go with his suggestion to install new and improved rollers (which were on sale). Garage door is now working better than ever & so much quieter than with the old steel rollers. Very satisfied customer.

Terry, our technician, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our 11 year old motor and belt. Highly recommend!

We just moved to a new house. When I went to program the garage door opener to a new code my neighbor came over. I was opening and closing her garage door! As an experienced home owner I knew the garage door motor and rollers sounded worn out.
I had used Garage Doors and More at our previous house so I found the paperwork and gave them a call. Terry came out the next day. He gave me a few options on what I could do and the price for each option. Because the motor was 16 years old I chose to change it out and install a new keypad. That way I would also have openers for the car which the previous owner forgot to give us. 2 hours later Terry came back with the motor and about a hour and half after that I had a completely new garage door system!! Very quiet, the light works and best of all- I am not opening me neighbors garage anymore!!

Fantastic experience. Had Garage Doors &a More replace a back up battery and service two doors. Excellent communication from Service Tech. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!

Called and got an appointment for the next day. Mike installed a new garage door opener for us, after our old one quit. He examined the current setup and pointed out a few things that really needed to be fixed for safety reasons. He explained everything in detail.

After the installation I was amazed how much better the new opener worked! The door moves smoothly and quietly now. Mike was great, curtious and friendly, and very knowledgeable!

I'd chosen to work with a locally based company to support my community, and got customer service beyond my expectations from Nick, Terry, and Tim. Terry's willingness to explain items to me as I asked a myriad of questions was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable about my purchase. Nick's follow up as an owner concerned about the quality provided, and Tim & Bobby as the install crew completely made me feel comfortable and insured I ended up with a quiet, well installed system. I am so glad I supported a local business, and will readily recommend this team!

We had a few others come out to look at our garage every time we lost power that just didn't have the knowledge to actually fix it permanently. Terry came out this go round and was so courteous and kind. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it immediately. We have lost power since and the garage has had no issues when power came back. Very trustworthy Garage technician.

Mike communicated very well with us on our options on a very old garage door unit. We agreed on the work to be done and he made sure we were all set with all the changes and ongoing maintenance needs before leaving. Excellent efficient job.

Worked with Nick and Terry to get my garage door fixed. The door had started to cave in and they were able to install struts on both panels. The door is now operating properly with the new supports.
