Had a small problem. Called, an appointment was made, Terry showed up, recognized & fixed the problem. All was in a reasonable time period. Customer Service is ALWAYS great and the technicians are ALWAYS pleasant, and professional.

I had an excellent experience working with Tisha and her team of professionals!!. They made the process very easy and they did a fantastic job on the installation!

My garage door has had ton of issues... first the opener, then the loose screws and this time the spring snapped! This time, the door was impossible to lift and my car was trapped inside. Terry came to fix my door and he was wonderful! He called to ask if he could come even earlier than expected.. and was here exactly when he said he would be. ( I mean who likes sitting and waiting at home ALL DAY?!)

He knew exactly what needed to be done. Fixed everything AND double checked for safety on the rest of the door. If ever necessary I will call again!

Terry was awesome. not only did he fix my garage door and reprogram the remotes and explain what was going on with the units, but he also offered to help me take my washer and dryer up to the second floor laundry room. couldn't of asked for a cooler guy to help ya out.

Very knowledgeable on garage door configuration and brands. Warned me of inferior product that were slightly cheaper. I fact checked the sales rep and it checked out not to mention she was smoking hot!:)and the install went great with a very professional guy I think his name was Ricky Walker Texas ranger. Door looks magnificent .seems like a great company.

Terry from GD&M arrived on time, did a quick assessment of the situation, provided a detailed estimate of repairs and had us back up and running after replacing the springs in less than an hour! The door operates more smoothly and with less noise than before. Added bonus: Terry demonstrated near perfect balance in the door by moving it up and down with just a finger!
