The technician (Joey) showed up on time and completed the replacement of the garage door motor in the timeframe estimated. He was both polite and professional making sure that my new garage door opener worked smoothly.

Mike Connor the Tech was very detailed oriented. He explained every step of the process while replacing our garage door springs. Mike even sold us a garage door opener while doing the work on our doors. Excellent Service from the first call to Candace this evening at 6PM. Terry was here on time @ 7:15 PM as promised. Our old opener that was 18 years old finally died. Terry replaced with a new opener and could not have been more professional. He also put up a new keypad, helped reprogram the visor controls, and checked the other doors for any potential issues. People like Terry make a company great and because of this experience, I plan to refer everyone in need of repair/replacement to Garage Doors and more.

Old opener finally gave out and my friend recommend calling this company for service. No service charge, the technician came on time, and was very efficient. They installed a new belt opener on both of my garage doors as it was only matter of time before the other one gave out. Fair priced compared to what I saw at Lowe's and Home Depot. Door opener works perfect and is really quiet compared to my old openers. Very happy with price and quality of the job.

I had them install a new garage door at my house. I am completely satisfied, their salesman Nick helped me through the process of ordering a custom door for my house. The door looks great, works well, and their price was fair and reasonable.

I had my garage serviced today by Terry, he was very efficient, he new exactly what the issue was and resolved it in a quick turnaround time. I new exactly what the fee would be prior to the work being done. My recommendation though is too keep up the good work.lol

Good service and quick to respond. Only gave a 4 star because there was confusion on the initial scheduled date and when the technician was replacing my garage motor he had to plug up his tools to charge. Didn't realize until four days later he had unplugged my garage freezer and so I lost much of the food inside. Therefore the repairs cost me extra in food!
