We had Terry work on our garage door. We found out that it just needed some adjustment. Showed us exactly what areas we should spray about 2x's a year. He was very friendly and would ask for him again. I like dealing with this company because every body I talk to is so very friendly. I would highly recommend this company

Recently had a new garage door installed by Garage Doors and More of the Piedmont. To say that I am pleased would be a huge understatement. From my first contact with the office staff to the actual installation of my new door it has been delightful experience. The office staff have always been very personable and extremely accommodating .Its always a pleasure to talk with them. The Technicians who did the installation were professionals. They arrived on schedule, did there installation in a efficient and thorough manner and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I will use this Company for all my future garage door needs. This Company deserves FIVE STARS!

Mike Connell fixed my garage door and it was a great experience. I loved his passion for the job and his ability to explain why I needed the services he provided. He also explained in detail how my door broke and what I can do to keep it in good shape going forward. He was very personable to my son (who followed him around trying to be a little helper). I had to tell someone of the great work and patience that Mike had with us both! I also appreciate the receptionist who was very nice and helpful in helping me get an appt for the same day! Our tech was awesome. We bought our door from here 3 years ago. Daughter ran into house learning to drive... stressed as the process was.. garage doors & Moore of piedmont came out the very next day and eased our most serious concern which was leaving the garage exposed over night and when we were not home. I was shocked when 1 person backed up the driveway with gdoor material loaded all by himself also NOT the biggest kid on the block either but he said he could handle it and he did!!! In 3 hours flat he disassembled my door and replaced with new door spring track motor and all in 3 hours flat he worked none stop took NO breaks had everything loaded and clean respectfully! I was absolutely blown away with the character and work of this young man He should be given a raise to make sure you keep this man employed! Excellent worker and knows his job responsibility thru out I will highly recommend this young man for whatever job he entails

They were more interested in how they could help me than in how much money they could make. Terry was very professional and friendly, and completed an unexpected job in the same visit and short amount of time.
