This was an outstanding customer service. The sales rep was friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted with no pressure. The price was very fair and reasonable. My garage door arrived within 2 weeks and was installed in a few hours. The installer was also very friendly and double checked the order before he began. It only took him a couple of hours and he verified with me that the door worked to my satisfaction. He also cleaned up completely and hauled the old door away. I highly recommend this company.

I have been in sales since 1974 and recognize a great sale person and Candice is outstanding.
I usually when i buy something like this I ALWAYS call 3 companies not yersterday just one and I couldn't be more thrilled with my new garage door opener.
Brian the installer was very professional and went over all the things I needed to know about the new opener and programmed both cars.

Our garage door opener stopped working (having lived a long life), so it was fairly urgent to replace asap. We found Garage Doors & More via Google search being impressed by many recent, stellar reviews. We called right away and spoke to Mike who willingly helped us sharing a wealth of knowledge and options. We decided to go with the latest technology using wifi (and love it!). Garage Doors & More fit us in for the opener install asap and were very helpful with setting cars up, as well as wall station, etc. Their customer service and responsiveness is the best we’ve ever experienced! They were super supportive with all our questions and needs. Highly recommend this great team!

Terry not only was a very knowledgeable technician, but he is a great salesman. He took his time and figured out what was the best approach to take on my mother's garage door. Terry took his time researching the correct way that this difficult installation would go. Another thing which impressed us was his caring of us during this time. We had been experiencing some severe weather in our area and after his long day at work took his own time to check on our family. This is what makes a great and exceptional person and a person that his company should be proud of.

It was a cold, snowy, day when Brian arrived to install my garage door, he introduced himself and began to remove our old door. I was impressed with his knowledge of what to do and how to do it. My opinion, he did a great job, cleaned up the leftover materials, loaded up his truck, shook hands and said call us if you have any troubles. Good job Brian.

Our garage door wouldn't open or close without making a horrible grinding sound. We called Garage Doors & More of the Piedmont because they installed the door and opener several years ago and did an awesome job.

The problem was the Liftmaster opener motor and gear assembly and we felt it was Liftmaster's responsibility because we had the gear assembly replaced a couple years before for a faulty part and it had broken again.

Terry Caldwell was awesome! He diagnosed the problem and even though it wasn't his responsibility he stayed with us while we talked to Liftmaster over the phone. He guided us through the conversation to explain the diagnosis to Liftmaster. Liftmaster agreed to sending us out the new gear assembly.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a more expensive gutter protection system than I needed for my application. Installation was completed professionally and quickly, with very little mess around the house from cleaning out very clogged gutters before capping. Waiting on the first hard rain to really test them out.

This is my third experience with Garage Doors and more. Once again it was an excellent experience! Our technician, Mike, completely explained the work he would do on our garage door and made sure to answer all my questions. His work was quick and outstanding.
