Presto Cleaning

We contracted with Tom and Art at Presto Cleaning to clean our home periodically and they do an absolutely fantastic job every time. They are polite, friendly, competent and extremely thorough. One example: Tom proactively put some serious effort into cleaning our microwave oven (possibly because it had started to smell bad, even though we had wiped it clean of any food splashes). When that turned out to be insufficient, in the next visit he returned with an arsenal of disinfectants and drilled into it again and this time around it worked -- the smells are gone! He did all this quietly on his own initiative and without even mentioning it. The only reason I know about it is that I saw him working hard on it each time. They do similar work on other parts of the house. I HIGHLY recommend Presto Cleaning.

Tom went above and beyond when I needed a deep clean before I had a houseguest coming to my small apartment. In such a short time, he whipped my apartment into a clean, cozy home! Tom was super communicative, touching base the day before to confirm my appointment and following up after the fact to ask whether I was satisfied (I was) and if I had any areas of improvement (I didn’t!) They were very professional, great with my dog, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I would definitely hire them again!

I was trying to find one box not to check off since giving someone a 5 star rating and checking everything might signal a fake review, but Tom, Mr. Clean, is all of those things! I been having friends of friends or housekeepers of friends clean my home for years, but I got tired of not being able to count on them or not doing the job up to my standards. That's how I found Mr. Clean. I also didn't want to pay some of the obscene charges that some big companies charge, and Tom gives a great service for a reasonable price. He's always been on time, even if I'm not home (Security system tells me) and I absolutely trust him with the keys to my home so he can clean while I'm at work. There's nothing like coming home to a fresh clean home after Tom has cleaned! He does an outstanding job with attention to every detail. Tom and his team do an amazing job and are very affordable for the quality of work. They are taking the extra precautions for COVID-19 plus making sure my house is clean too! I am a single mother so having them come clean is amazing!

Tom & Patrick cleaned places that previous house cleaners never did, like removing soap scum on faucets, cleaning heater vents, windowsills, and other unsightly areas. I noticed what they did right away, things are so much brighter. They even used a better product than my old standby Bona on the floors, plus they brought all their own equipment and supplies. I can’t say enough about this service, I highly recommend them.

Tom and his crew have been cleaning my house now for almost 2 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! We have two cats that his team are great with and always carefully move the cats into whichever room isn’t being cleaned at the moment. The cats leave quite a mess, but they always do a fantastic job at getting rid of the fur which is everywhere. Before settling with Mr Clean SD we tried several other services, only to have them miss pretty obvious messes. Mr. Clean SD never misses a spot.
