Premier Early Learning Academy

My son started Premier Early Learning Academy in September coming from a different daycare center. Previously he would cry every morning when getting ready to go to school. Now each day he looks forward to going to class. I was worried about changing his school due to some developmental delays but the teachers have been so patient and kind. Ms. Jackie offered to help us get resources through the school district. For his first week Ms. Jackie would go check on him to make sure that he was adjusting well which made this change seamless for me. I wish I would have moved him much sooner. Read more >

My son has been going to Premier since he was 6 weeks old and he is now in the 3 year old classroom. The teachers care for the kiddos like their own. My son is an energetic little boy and if he does something wrong, the teachers appropriately redirect him. He is learning how to regulate his emotions and much more and I feel like the teachers and staff are the reason why he is doing so well. When my 3 year old son runs up to the director and other teachers to give them a hug, I know he loves them like family and they care for him.

I am also a teacher at Premier and I look forward to coming to work every day. If you have a staff member that still looks forward to coming to work after being there 3 plus years, then it's a good school. When your staff is happy then the student are happy. We found PELA during an online search. I was looking for a PreK program to transfer my daughter to that was closer to home. First, they gave my daughter a seat in the class right away. Although the transition for my daughter was tough they welcomed her every day with bigs smiles. They were constantly making improvements to the facility throughout the year as well. The kitchen staff is friendly and cooks very well. There was turnover with the lead teacher and I feel it was for the best. I could see more excitement with my daughter about what she was learning this spring. They executed a wonderful pre-k graduation ceremony for the kids. Most child care centers have higher turnover ratios than other professional industries because the salaries aren’t as competitive as they should be but there is something to be said about the longterm staff there. PELA is great and exceeded my expectations!! We were new to the area & state and were in need of a preschool facility for my son who at the time was 2 yrs old. From the time we came to tour the facility Ms. Sharon (Assistant Director) & Ms. Cindy made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Ms. Jackie (Director) is amazing! I appreciate her open door policy & partnership. I was on edge initially when my son started due to some developmental delays he has. Ms. Jackie put me at ease letting me know that she is an advocate for all of the kids as if they were her own. All of the teachers/staff know my son by name and always greet him by name and a smile. He has had a few teachers and they all were caring and patience with him. We see the progress & strides that my son has made since attending PELA. We are happy we chose PELA!!

This is the second year that my kids are a part of the Premier Learning Academy family. Thank you Miss Sharon and Miss Jacque for always keeping me in the loop of whatever is going on at the school. If you want your child to be treated like family and not just another number, then this is the place to bring them. Special shout out to Ms. Jackie, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Tracie, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Kaleigh, Ms. Christina, Ms. W, and Ms. Yonna. All of the staff are wonderful, these are just the specific people that I interact with regularly and have made the biggest impact on my 3 kids (ages 3,6, and 8). I've experienced pretty much all the programs here and your child is actually being taught not just watched. My kids hate for me to pick them up early because they are enjoying themselves. Any questions or concerns I may have had were answered and addressed ASAP. It's hard to find good care for your kids and us as parents always worry that our children won't be treated fairly. We LOVE Premier Early Learning Academy!!!!! From the first day when I dropped off my 3 month old, I knew he was in good hands. The entire staff truly treats every child and parent like family. Everyone is so kind and Ms. Karen the infant teacher is AMAZING!!!! My son (now 10 months) leaps out of my arms each morning for his teacher. She truly loves all her babies! I know every day that my child is being well cared for and loved. I am so lucky that as a first time mom, our first daycare (and most likely ONLY one we will ever use in all the years to come) has been so wonderful. Great place! From the beginning the staff and directors really showed care and concern for my children in ways that I couldn't have imagined. This school is amazing. Mrs. Sharon who is the director is so nice and knows all the kids by their names. My son Logan is doing Pre-K here and Ms. Jackie is his teacher. He has been going here since moving him from another school. It’s been maybe a month and what he has learned has blown us away. He’s learned more within the month than he did at the other school for the 2+ months he was there. My daughter attended their Pre-K and had Ms. Azar and they had a special relationship. This school really is great. We walked in after withdrawing him from the other terror of a school and they welcomed him with love. He is so happy but most importantly he is learning so much. My daughter has been going here for almost a year and not only do I love it, but so does she. They make us feel like family. She literally jumps out of my arms every morning and is excited to go play. From the infant room and now being in the 1’s, I have had no problems at all. My son Kyle is in GA Pre-K here for SY 2021-22. Ms. Azar and Ms. Krissy were one of the best. Kyle has developed his social skills, improved his writing, reading and communication skills. They made sure kids at pre-K will be Kindergarten ready. PELA has been very strict with their policies on Covid19 screening (wearing a mask, washing hands) Ms. Cindy prepares good food as well. Friday was my last day at premier early learning academy! I got a wonderful opertunity with my husband since he's a truck driver. It was such a wonderful experience too work with amazing staff! Really, where to begin. The standard is set so high by Premier, I'm disappointed we didn't end up here sooner. Three children under 4, COVID exposed another centers management challenges, and after weeks of insistent care, we were forced to move on.

We've never regretted it, not even for a second. Erika's team is dedicated, professional, and their pride in the care/teaching/learning shows. Unlike other centers where employee turnover is a constant thing, this staff is filled with people who've been there for years.

Communication is excellent, our kids are well looked after and learn new things every day. COVID protocols are handled professionally and MOST IMPORTANTLY consistently. Once Covid happened we removed our son from the last facility he attended I had an conversation with the new director at that facility as to how they will be going about their procedures and she pretty much told me they are going to wait until someone contracts it at the daycare and move from there mind you my son has got hands foot and mouth disease twice at that facility he would always come home dirty the facility itself just was not as sanitary made me feel uncomfortable knowing that kids will be kids and the fact he’s been sick a few times there and the way staff would move around definitely made an impact on the facility this is when he moved up to the 2year old room the staff that had him when he was going on one and still an infant was awesome but unfortunately they moved on to bigger endeavors so my son out of daycare 6 months due to the ongoing crisis ..... We couldn't be happier with this pre-k and its teachers and staff! This school was highly recommended to me by a friend and it turned out to be the answer to a prayer. Our 5-year-old is thriving here. Her teacher Ms. Jackie (who has over 30 years' experience), and assistant Ms. Vanessa are simply wonderful. They are truly dedicated and care deeply about all the kids. I really feel their personal interest in my daughter and I appreciate how patiently they work with her, as she is showing some early signs of ADHD. I'm blown away by how much my daughter is learning -- she's making rapid progress in writing, spelling, and early reading and math. She's so excited to be learning so much and so are we. This is a great school for pre-K. My son, who is 4, couldn't speak much English as he was living overseas. Just after 5 months, his English had improved to a great level. He loved to go every day. His teachers were smart, excellent with children and very caring. The staff is always friendly and helpful and concerned about the kids.

We love Premier Early Learning Academy! The staff is so genuine and loving towards not only the children, but the parents too. My daughter is in Ms. Jackie and Ms. Vanessa’s pre-K class and every day she comes home telling us all the new things she learned. She has been in class for 3 months (since school started in August) and has learned to speak Spanish (numbers, greetings, days of the week), she has learned to independently write her first and last name and numbers 0-10, as well as sounding out words to write on her own. Premier Early Learning Academy has been a God-send for my little boy. Dropping my son off in the morning is like taking him home. The teachers are caring, kind and patient. The owner and administrators are responsive and really go the extra mile to make parents feel secure in having their children at their school. My son is currently in the GA Pre-K program at Premier and is doing very well! His teachers, Ms.Azar and Ms. Tracie, are providing a great learning foundation. They even take time to send completed work home and provide homework when needed! I know my son and other children will continue to learn in a loving environment and be prepared for Kindergarten!!

Absolutely love this place! I was so worried about putting my son in daycare because he was only 6 weeks old, but I had to go back to work ( only because we haven’t won the lottery yet 🙄😂). I toured a few places feeling completely dishearten.
Premier was my last visit for the day and thank the lord because as soon as I walked in, Mrs Cindy was there and politely greeted me. I felt that warm welcoming feeling and a weight lifted off my chest. I had so many questions and she answered all of them in a way that was genuine. She didn’t make me feel like I was annoying or taking up too much time. She showed me around the whole place and introduced me to who would be taking care of my little one. Our little princess started here at 8 weeks old. Mrs. Sharon, who gave us the tour, truly sold us on going here. We felt like our child would be treated as one of their own and she has been.
