Joseph was a joy to work with he was polite and answered our questions as needed. He was very informative regarding the neighborhood and the process we used to sell our rental property in Augusta. When we had issues after closing I was able to reach him and he took immediate action to resolve the problem.

The price that they gave was very generous and I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of. Joe Cadavos was very patient and extremely professional throughout the entire process. I had been thinking of selling for a couple of years but was worried about the tenant situation. Joe stepped in and worked with the tenants for me. After some brief negotiation we came to an agreement that was fair to everybody. The closing was quick and simple. I was out the door in 15 minutes with my check in hand.
