PREMIER GENERATOR

We lost power this morning and my generator did not go on. I called Premier and Charlie was at our home in less than 30 minutes to remedy the problem, and even stayed a bit to make sure the issue was resolved. With 15 family members arriving for the holiday weekend, Charlie literally saved our Christmas. Thank you!!

Premier generator was great to work with from start to finish. The install crew was professional, informative and thorough. The start up was handled by Charlie who did a great job and was really easy to talk to and very efficient. The guys that did the back fill not only closed the trenches, but also added some top soil and seed. Then they used a leaf blower to clean my driveway. I was really happy from start to finish.

Premier Generator installed my Kohler generator. Today was the start-up day for the generator. Charlie was my start-up service tech and did a great job walking me through the various requirements and procedures for the generator operation. Among the many things we discussed, we also tested the generator switch over and set up the web access. As I said above, Charlie did a great job walking me though operation of our new generator.

UPDATE: Today (12/21/22) was the backfill of the trench. STERLING and ANTHONY were the crew that came to fill in the trench to complete the generator install. They were very courteous and hard working. They did an excellent getting the trench area back to normal. Great job!!

We hired this wonderful team after getting a few quotes from others on a whole home generator and installation. This team was responsive to our initial request, provided the quote quickly, and gave us a reasonable time for installation. They were communicative along each step of the process from permitting, dates of work/inspection, and final start up/instruction. While their quote was a bit more than others, I trusted them the most to do the job right, and care for our investment for years to come.

We had an excellent experience thus far with the installation of our generator. The site crew, Anthony and Sterling, got right to work. They were efficient and left the yard neat and clean of debris. On the same day, Bob and Kenny were here to do the electrical work. Again, thorough and efficient. When they left, everything was as neat as when they arrived. The communication has been excellent with this local company.

Brandon, Chris, Charlie, Lynn, and the whole support staff were fabulous. Truly professional start to finish. Quality work and a 10 year warranty! Very happy.

Everything went smoothly, as described initially. The guys who dug up our yard for the gas line did a great job avoiding my plants and leaving the yard looking great at the end.

Anthony and Sterling did a great job trenching my yard for a gas line to my generator. They were both very friendly and professional.
Anthony came back to fill the trench after the gas line installation and did an outstanding job. He took his time, back filled the trench, leveled the whole area, spread loam
and raked it out before over seeding the entire area.
Anthony was very friendly and knowledgable.
Charlie came out today to start up the generator and explain how it all works. Charlie was very knowledgable and explained everything in great detail, and in an easy to understand manner. From the very first contact to the final installation of my Kohler generator, working with Premier Generator has been a delight. They are professional in their delivery of all services. Great to work with from start to finish. I had a whole house generator installed. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and a pleasure to work with. Anthony checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the landscape restoration. Charlie took the time make sure I understand all facets of the system when he came to do the final system start up. Got just what I wanted, a company to handle all portions of the job.

Great service and great attention to detail at both sites. Their tech. 'Charlie' came out yesterday to perform a PM on our generator and took the time to check over everything and perform the latest software updates. A wonderful tech, very knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant to talk with too. Love the service we get and appreciate his attention to detail while onsite with us.
Side Note: As luck would have it we lost power last night for an hour and a half due to an accident in town. We were one of only two homes in our entire neighborhood with lights/TV on! Charlie was very informative of what he was doing when serving the 1 year tuneup on my Kohler standby generator. He explained how to view and adjust the settings on the control panel and to reset it after a problem arises.

We had Premier install a generator at our home and one at our business. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon was fabulous with our initial quote and site visit - he answered all our questions. After two years trying to get ANYONE to hook us up with a generator, we found Premier Generator. Where everyone else had a problem or an issue or paperwork that was lost in a system, Premier Generator didn't have a single issue from day one. They have their stuff together. Each task is delegated to a different professional team and each team knows what they have to do and when they need to do it. When we reviewed the entire system with Kevin Mulligan, our technical, we couldn't have been happier. The system is simple, quieter than we expected and we couldn't have asked for a better group of folks to get us rolling. I can't recommend them enough.

I had my first annual service with Charlie as the technician. He was patient, professional and friendly, taking the time to review procedures and answering questions. I went with Premier at the recommendation of a neighbor and have been satisfied with all aspects of installation and service.

Our Oncue feature for my generator was not running/reporting weekly exercise. I called premier generator to schedule an appointment to evaluate the problem. Charles Robbins came out to the house and diagnosed the problem right away. We were back up and running quickly. While he was here, we had some additional questions. He was happy to give me a quick tutorial on upkeep and maintenance of our generator to make sure it runs properly. We really appreciated his extra effort and taking the time to explain it to us.
