PREMIER GENERATOR

Charlie came today for startup of generator. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Also Anthony and sterling came and backfilled the trench for the propane and seeded the lawn. They also did a great job. I would recommend premier generator as a great company.

Charlie was very professional, and did a great tune up for us. Super!!!!!

Because they did exactly what we agreed upon is why Premier is who they are. I have OCD and my lawn shows it. They left my lawn completely landscaped and even fertilized the new seeded area. They laid down plywood so there would be no tractor ruts in my grass. But most importantly the generator is the best: from start to finish all was excellent: good people, good product, nothing left unfinished. And it works just like it is suppose to, no hidden costs or deficiencies. I had 5 different companies come in and give me their thoughts and estimates. Premier was the highest bid but the extra few hundred dollars were well spent in my opinion. In fact it came out so well that my neighbor, who is a chief engineer on a merchant marine ship also purchased from Premier after seeing my installation. Double thumbs up!!

I have been very happy with my Kohler generator. During power outages it comes on instantly and powers the entire house. Premier is a one stop shop. They handled the entire installation and do our yearly maintenance. Charlie was just out to service and he did a fantastic job. He went over things with me and did a great job explaining the operation of the generator.

The OnCue Plus notified me that the generator would not come on during the next electricity outage. So I called the number that was provided and explained my situation. A service technician, Charlie, came out the same day. What a pleasure to do business with. He was able to fixed the problem in no time. I also requested a demonstration of how to check the oil on the generator. No problem. He was very thorough and his instructions were very clear . In fact he gave me a print out after carefully showing me what to do. I feel confident that I can change the oil on my own. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Premier 1. Thank you.

Premier Generator installed our new Kohler standby yesterday, and did a great job start to finish. their price beat the 'other' generator distributor by a mile, and they also offered a 10 year warranty. All of the techs and admin people were competent and friendly, and kept you up to date w anticipated delivery, install and inspection dates. Cant be more pleased, and the product is great.

Premier Generator installed a full house generator for us in Easton MA. We can't wait for the next time we lose power! The installation took several days with a various work crews.
