I purchased a new standby generator from Premier around 6 months ago. During my research I concluded that this company seemed to have a strong post sales service culture (which was missing from my previous company). Today I received a text message from Premier that they were coming to my home to check out a problem signal sent by my generator through their internet monitoring program. I was quite concerned when the service tech found that the machine had become disabled by the failure of a critical component and it could possibly be a week or more to get the necessary part. Needless to say I was quite concerned since Hurricane Lee is due in two days. Kevin, the initial service tech, indicated that he would talk to management to see how this could somehow be solved.
