PREMIER GENERATOR

We recently had a generator installed by Premier. From beginning to end it was top notch service. The site vist was very informative and once we agreed on the estimate, the install was scheduled quickly. Everyone was very friendly on the install crew and worked efficiently. I was impressed by how well they filled in the trench to make it look like nothing happened. They also did a good job explaining and going over the generator at the setup visit.

Premier Generator installed a whole house generator and transfer switch and it was like a well orchestrated performance. From the very first meeting with Brandon to the placement of the unit on my property everything went so smoothly from the electrician to the plumber. Everyone kept me in the loop and left my property both inside and outside in perfect condition.
The completion of the process to understand my unit was performed by Charlie who did a review with me in a terms to make me feel comfortable with the use of the generator going forward. The final steps of putting my property back in order around the unit including backfilling and additional loam as well as seeding were also done quickly and efficiently.

Great service with great people

I had a yearly maintenance and check up on my Kohler generator today with the technician ,Kevin Mulligan.After the recent power outage for 8 hours, Kevin demonstrated how to check the oil and reviewed the proper steps of adding the oil. Last year he had made some updates on the generator. He actually showed me what he was inspecting. He assured me that the generator was in good working order and ready for the next storm. At the completion of his visit, he presented a box of chocolates from the staff at Premier Energy Services and wished us Happy Holidays. Premier is the best in service and communication.

Last year, I purchased a home that had recently had a generator installed by Premier. This week, I got the experience what that really meant, as my home lost its Eversource service for almost 3 days...and life was somehow completely normal, courtesy of my generator. Premier reached out to make sure I understood what steps I needed to take while the generator was running full-time (which I would not have otherwise been aware of). A week that could have been an unmitigated disaster was instead actually just fine, thanks to my generator, so I'm incredibly thankful to have the device, as well as for the support provided by Premier!

At about 10:00 am on Monday, December 18, as I was tying to get a jump on holiday baking we lost electricity. Before I could finish calling to my husband that we had lost power our generator kicked in and our lives continued without interruption.

This was a true Christmas gift! And as the MasterCard ad says, "priceless."

About 36 hours later, having happily helped some neighbors without power, our neighborhood was back in business. But thanks to our generator, business never ceased at our house.

Having this Kohler generator during the storm was a comfort and a joy. I will never ever live without having a whole house generator.

We had our generator installed from Premier Generator several years ago. What peace of mind this gives us. Our entire town is dark with this horrible storm and three of us on our street have Koehler machines installed by premier generators. Feel a little guilty when everyone is in the dark but we opted to pass on a couple vacations to invest in this for our work and health needs. Maybe you should consider one for your property. Do not hesitate calling Premier Generator in Middleboro. We highly recommend them. Everyone on their team was professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. Chris, the operation manager, came out initially and explained everything. We scheduled the next day. The entire process took about 2 weeks. Matt and his crew did the electrical work, digging, and set up the generator. Premier arranged everything ~ inspectors, propane tanks and delivery, etc. Charlie came out to do the final test and walk through. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. It was truly a seamless experience. The job was finished on December 1st, and today, 12/18/23, the generator kicked in when we lost power due to high winds and rain. We are very thankful to have the home backup generator.

We have had an excellent experience with Premier Generator from the original installation 18 months ago plus annual maintenance visits. Well it seemed like a simple task getting a generator installed.....we spoke with 9 different contractors before finding Premier. It was a waterfront installation requiring a 14' height and the construction of a separate attached pad. Not one contractor with the exception of Premier could complete the project using "in house" people.
Brandon and his team were unphased with any of our requests and were responsive, very helpful as well as affordable. Would use them again for any other electrical project-Good Humans !
