Just wanted thank Charlie from Premier Generator for the outstanding job he did in performing the annual maintenance check on our Kohler generator. Maintaining a generator on a regular basis is important in insuring its optimum performance in the event of a power loss. He arrived within the scheduled time frame, was pleasant and professional. He changed the oil and spark plugs, checked the battery level, all electrical connections as well as all the other items that were listed in the annual service plan for our Kohler generator. He was very conscientious, and efficient in performing his work and readily answered any questions I had about the operation of the generator. Thank you Charlie for a job well done!

Charlie arrived on time and ready to go today on a cold winter morning. He was very helpful in reconnecting my Kohler app and getting the internet connection restored to the generator. He serviced the gen and we’re good to go. Very professional and I’m pleased with the service.

Just had annual maintenance of Kohler generator. Charles did a very thorough check on our system and was extremely courteous and professional.

Adam performed yearly maintenance on generator, was great explained in detail everything that would be done and took the time when he was done to answer my questions concerning issues that I was hsving with the app and resolved them for me.

Of all the transactions with various service contractors in our 40 plus years in our home, this was by far the smoothest of all. From our very first phone call with Premier until the initial startup today, (thank you Charlie for coming out in a snowstorm!) everything went like clockwork. If the crew said they'd be here at 9, they were pulling up at 8:59 ready to go. Joe Smith was on our initial site visit and gave us great ideas on where best to place the unit. After that, outside project manager Anthony Leone marked out the area for placement and made sure our electrical service was sufficient.

Right on schedule, Anthony Benton arrived with the unit, and did all the necessary trenching. Once the generator was wired up, he returned and did a beautiful job of backfilling the trench, taking great care to grade, rake and seed. It looked flawless. Thanks to Matt and...

The entire team ( Brandon, Kevin, Kevin, Chris, Charlie, Sterling, Antony, Ben, and All the office staff ) at Premier Generator are "Exceptional" and conduct business with the highest level of professionalism on my purchase and install of a whole house Generator.
This was displayed thru every step on the process from the initial quote, on-time follow thru for site prep, to the generator install, and follow-up emails and calls. I typically don't make online reviews, but Premier definitely earned this review.
High-quality workmanship with great professionalism and personal service is hard to come by, but their team definitely delivered.

This is our first year with a full house Kohler generator and it is one of the best investments we have made at our age. Since purchasing from Premier Generator last year, the town in which we live has lost electricity twice due to storms with high winds and resulting power outages. Each time our generator was quick to respond and we never lost electricity.

Absolutely loved my experience with Premier. I had my 48kW generator with another company who I inherited when I bought my new home - that company would not help me in a timely manner so I called Premier. From my very first call to Jean when I needed help quickly even though I was not an existing customer to Chris who got me sorted to Charlie who did my service. And Charlie is impressive. Very diligent, he clearly cares about the customer, does a thorough job and knows what he is doing. I am now a new customer and will stay with these guys forever

Premier Generator just completed the installation of our Kohler generator. Everyone involved was very professional and answered all my questions. Many thanks to Kevin M., Sterling, Anthony, and Chris for helping get this done.

1 year update; The generator has worked well for us, it's come on multiple times for short power outages, and once for more than 16 hours. The premier team has monitored the generator and came out once to proactively replace a fuel line. Erin recently scheduled our annual service visit, and Adam performed the service today, both were very professional and friendly. We're happy we chose Premier Generator and Kohler.
