The installation teams are top notch. Working with the front office staff and our sales representative was great. We had some timing issues on our end and they were schedule around that. They and the contractors they work with did a great job of communicating on what was going to happen and when. My wife and I had finally decided to get a generator after years of frustration of losing power all times of the year. We are very satisfied with the work that was done.

Premier Energy Generators did a great job installing my new home generator. They explained everything along the way, were prompt and polite, and made the whole experience very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home generator solution.

My experience with Premier generator was perfect- on time and efficient

Annual Maintenance Tech arrived at the appointed time and did all required maintenance including, oil and filter change, new spark plugs, checked all systems and electronic monitoring.
One warranty part was replaced, a drive shaft sensor. The battery tested good so we'll get another year on that. He completed the service with a run test and we are ready for the winter.

Had a split installed for heat and AC by premier in March, took two days to install system which is a top of the line Mitsubishi unit. From start to finish they are a reputable, honest company. Technicians were professional and informative as was their response to any questions I had concerning the system. Would highly recommend them
