Premier Generator installed a full house generator. They do excellent work, are responsive to your questions and completed the install on the schedule they outlined.

Premier installed a Kohler generator. The entire installation process was done extremely professionally.

I selected Premier for the installation of my standby generator. Their turn key service was fantastic. I did not have to worry about making arrangements with a propane company to install tanks and connect them to the generator. Premier made sure the permits and subsequent inspections were scheduled. They kept me updated on the delivery of the equipment and when their electricians would be scheduled to do the work necessary to connect the transfer switch to the electrical panel. Nathan came to complete the final connections and took the time to demonstrate the the features of the generator and what to expect when the electrical power was interrupted and was restored. He answered all of my questions and gave me printed instructions written in layman's language that I could refer too, if necessary.

Paul Foley owner of Premier generator came to my home and assessed my needs for a whole house generator. Paul also suggested that my outside service was in need of some updating. My house was built in1976 and I agreed as the service was original to the home. Paul sent his crew out on an agreed to date to start the installation. The installation is a three day process his teams always showed up on time on the assigned day. His workers (Adam, Bill and Nate) were professional courteous and neat. We could not be more pleased with Premier Generator and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a generator or electrical work.

As an electrical contractor, I have worked with Premier Generator to purchase Kohler generators for installation at my customers homes. Having installed many generators over the years, I can honestly say that Kohler is a far superior product vs others on the market (Generac, Briggs & Straton, etc). Both in terms quality and value, you cannot get a better generator.

Premier Generator is fantastic to work with, both as a supplier and service provider. After having done business with them and experienced first hand their level of professionalism, I will only purchase Kohler and use Premier Generator for all my generator installations going forward!

Great company to work with, right from the initial enquiry to final completion, everything was explained and checked over before any work commenced. When the team was on site they were all very polite, very respectful of the property very easy to work with and observed all the covid protocols. The job was a whole home standby generator, on the initial start up of the generator the tech took me thru the whole process, making sure he answered all my questions.

Top notch service from initial estimate through the install. Every member of the team truly cares about the customer. The work is extremely clean and professional. The lines connecting my generator to the house are buried underground. Premier even seeded the lawn in the area they dug the trench. I would use them again 100 times out of 100

After years of having a manual generator, we decided to invest in a natural gas generator. I shopped around and decided on a Kohler because of its warranty and selected Premier Generator for installation. Brandon was my contact person and responded to all questions and concerns regarding installation, operation and inspection. Workers showed up when scheduled and were efficient. 2 days after the final inspection, we had a power failure and voila! My generator kicked in within seconds, powering my entire home! When power was restored the generator automatically switched off.....I have a well so I never have to worry about water, heat, or getting the garage door open for me to go to the hospital if the weather is inclement! Could not be more delighted!

Excellent job. All who worked on the project were courteous and knew their stuff. They cleaned up both in and out. Nate was especially good at orienting us to the generator operation. Glad we went with Premier as it saved us cobbling together different tradesmen and hassling with schedules.

Paul and his crew installed a generator a year ago. They were very knowledgeable and professional and we were very happy with the installation. We did not have much need for the generator until this past week. We lost power and was running on the generator, I noticed our neighbors appeared to have power. Nate came down within an hour after we called and found the problem. It ended up being a main line from the transformer to our house, which is the homeowners responsibility. Paul came out first thing in the morning, was on the phone with dig safe and the electric company. He went out of his way to get things moving and power restored. Our Kohler generator ran for 4 1/2 half days without any problem at all. Paul and his guys installed a new line, had it inspected and power restored in 4 1/2 days. My experience with Paul and his team exceeded expectations.Working with this group of professionals was a pleasure. To begin with, Paul functions as the general contractor. No need to get involved with permitting, electrical, gas company, trenching, landscaping post install, etc. Paul and his team handle everything. In contracting with Paul for the work I presented him with priority dates driven by a unique set of circumstances. I found Paul and his team to be responsive, customer driven and professional. Every commitment was met on time. Our Kohler generator has been used in three power outages. In each case, the conversion to generator power has been seamless. If we didn't hear the generator "kick in" we wouldn't have known power was out. I would highly recommend anyone considering a generator to give Premier a call before making your decision. You won't regret it.

This Generator is quieter than my microwave! Kohler really makes a nice product. The team that comes to install it is the best! Paul is the owner, he helped me understand what a professional job looks like and he took the time to make sure all my generator needs were met. Nate and Brad were so nice I fed them lunch, both professional gave me their personal cell phones to contact them. Jean, in the office, managed all the arrangements. I didn’t have to do a thing. She obtained the permits, scheduled a plumber and made sure to notify me of all the appointments. I wish you could see the grass growing around the generator, they did the best job cleaning up and planting grass. This is the team to hire for your generator needs.

The quality of their workmanship and team is excellent. They are professional, prompt and detail oriented. Premier Generator installed a whole house Kohler unit for me in 2018. The overall experience was exceptional and it continues to be with the service plan I maintain with them each year. Last year we had lost power and the generator didn't turn on. I emailed Brandon and received a call shortly after by a technician who let me know he was on his way. Turned out it was just the spark plug that needed to be replaced.
