PREMIER GENERATOR

Premier installed a whole house Kohler generator last fall. The work was done professionally, the staff was knowledgeable and everything was as promised. My technician called a couple of times when the system notified him that the generator was providing power during an outage to make sure everything was working properly. I strongly recommend them if you want a quality generator.

Premier Generator was the vendor I selected to install a Whole house generator. They were on schedule and met all my expectations . Everything was taken care of by them, all I had to do was watch.. The job was done professionally from the concrete base to the special apparatus they developed to move the generator into position while protecting my lawn. When they were finished my yard looked like they were never there. The operating instructions and explanation when they were done were complete and we felt very comfortable. Since they left we have had a few power outages and it pleasant when we still have power and worry about nothing. Great job guys and thank you

Premier Generator was very professional and responsive to all of my questions and inquires. We had a Kohler Whole Home Generator installed in December of 2020. Brandon showed up on time and provided a very detailed layout of where the panel and the generator would be installed and explained the warranty for the unit . We just had a significant snowstorm the night before, but that didn't delay the installation. Premier Generator installed it on a very cold day with substantial snow on the ground. The electrical and gas hookup was scheduled soon after and everything went smooth. I would highly recommend Premier Generator for a turn key installation of a whole home generator.

We had a generator installed. The team from start to finish was amazing! They were very detailed with the installation process and took time to show me everything after it was in. My husband was not there so our installer let me record him. They worked with me on the placement and communicated very well. I definitely would recommend Premier. We haven’t had a chance to use it because our power hasn’t gone out but we know we’ll be ready when it does.

Great to work with. When an issue arose they stayed on site on a Friday evening before a three day weekend until 9 pm to make sure our issue was resolved.

While Premier may be a little more expensive than other companies, the extra cost is worth it. They will show you exactly what you’ll get, how the work will be done, and they’ll provide examples of previous installations. I highly recommend them.

Brandon from Premier Generator was my main contact for a whole house gas generator installation and a level 2 garage charger for my Tesla. The entire process was seamless. The first level 2 charger did not work very well. Brandon was very responsive in getting a replacement. Highly recommend.
