Just wanted thank Charlie from Premier Generator for the outstanding job he did in performing the annual maintenance check on our Kohler generator. Maintaining a generator on a regular basis is important in insuring its optimum performance in the event of a power loss. He arrived within the scheduled time frame, was pleasant and professional. He changed the oil and spark plugs, checked the battery level, all electrical connections as well as all the other items that were listed in the annual service plan for our Kohler generator. Of all the transactions with various service contractors in our 40 plus years in our home, this was by far the smoothest of all. From our very first phone call with Premier until the initial startup today, (thank you Charlie for coming out in a snowstorm!) everything went like clockwork. If the crew said they'd be here at 9, they were pulling up at 8:59 ready to go. Joe Smith was on our initial site visit and gave us great ideas on where best to place the unit. After that, outside project manager Anthony Leone marked out the area for placement and made sure our electrical service was sufficient.

This is our first year with a full house Kohler generator and it is one of the best investments we have made at our age.
