Prefer Health: acupuncture and wellness

I have been fortunate enough to be in the care of Mika for several months now. In the time under her care I have noticed marked improvements in my health conditions and quality of life. Her knowledge and expertise in Chinese medicine is vast, and my healing journey, which mostly focused on gaining better sleep and assisting in the nourishing of my skin condition was just a fraction of what we covered during each visit. In addition to my chronic conditions I also had an incredible response working on athletic injuries or soreness that periodically arose. Mika does a great job at listening to my concerns and curating a plan to better improve each issue as it arises.

During our appointments Mika would always strive to go above and beyond. I remember her once stating "I don’t want you to feel ok, I want you to feel great and better than ok." I appreciated all the extra measures she took to make my rest and recovery a priority. I have yet to receive such care with such an intentional effect in the healthcare field. I am eternally grateful for the impact she has had on my well-being and thankful for being able to heal under her guidance.
