Precision ProWash Miami did an excellent job. The team came in and out efficiently, worked very cleanly, and were very careful around our plants and outdoor decorations. They were attentive, professional, and respectful of the property.
I especially want to mention Gio, since he was the person I mainly dealt with, and Jimmy as well. Both were helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was handled properly. I would definitely recommend Precision ProWash Miami for anyone looking for reliable and careful exterior cleaning work.

Felix and Jimmy arrived at the time that was stated in advance and did an amazing job. The roof’s barrel tiles, which are 24 years old, now look like new! The job was flawless. In the past, roof cleaners have damaged my plants and broken some of the thin Venezuelan tiles. That did not happen this time. I was shown proof of insurance, including Workmen’s Comp., in a text that was sent to my cell phone before I agreed to have the work done. This is very important because liability for an accident can fall on the homeowner. The power washing company’s owners and staff were very friendly and responsive to phone calls. The price was very competitive. It was midway, but near the lower end, of the three quotes that I was given. The automated system for accepting the job and making payment is very professional and convenient.

Outstanding service and communication. The cleaning took 2.5 hours and the attention to detail was great. Very helpful in putting a few bulky items back in place after the wash was complete.

We met with Alex Toliver of Precision Prowash about a week ago at the house. Very nice, upfront, and found him to be an honest guy. Local company. I received his information from Angi. Prices certainly competitive and reasonable. There is a maintenance plan as well. No sell job. No pressure. No long-term commitment. We set up the appointment for pressure washing driveway & pool area. The flashing was scrubbed and cleaned as well. Felix and Gio came at 8:30 today, and never stopped working until after 1:30. Great guys! I am so very pleased with their work, and will be using them again and again!
