Here’s my quick review to help assist you in the future. When I first came in and filled out the 5 plus forms the lady that took me back to the room was not given any of the forms I filled out and was asking redundant questions. This sort of set the tone for my visit. I was asked all the same questions from the forms and it also seemed like she was not too happy to be there. She stated that she does not get the forms from the receptionist. That seems absurd and a big waste of the client’s time. She asked me why I was there and what all did I want prices for. The PA came in the room shortly after and seemed pleasant enough but overall I would recommend a warmer and more friendlier environment in addition to streamlining the redundancy.
