While I was not at the house when the technician came, the proof of a succesful work was 2 days ago when it rained hard in my area and I did not hear water dripping out of the odd places along the gutter. Professional and efficient from the first contact with Henry's. I was contacted with confirmations about date and time and the technicians contacted before they arrived. They worked non-stop for almost 5 hours and were knowledgeable, professional and gracious. It looks as if I now have a new roof, from which they removed moss and mold. My home is surrounded by 7 - 8 tall trees. Come fall, I need the debris removed from the roof and the gutters cleaned several times during the season. Climbing ladders and roof walking are not my idea of a good time, so I had to find a professional, competent and affordable gutter cleaning service provider. This is the second year that I have used Henry's Housework. Scheduling the cleaning for this month as well as my upcoming service in January was a breeze. Last week I was pleased to see that the technician cleared the leaves and gazillion pine needles from the roof and gutters as promised. I wholeheartedly recommend Henry's Housework.

The technician called to say he was on his way. He then informed me of his presence and spent a long time doing a very thorough job. He closed and latched the gate when he was done. He left everything neat and clean. He did a wonderful job

The technician (Frazier) arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters and cleaning up the debris afterward. Gutter screens were tucked back in place. He was cordial and friendly, it was nice doing business with him.
