Polar Bear Jack's Heating and Air

Adam and Robert went above and beyond to insure we were happy with our new HVAC and water heater. Although they ran into a few equipment issues along the way they worked hard to make sure we weren't without AC and warm water for long. They even came by on their day off to make sure everything was good to go. This is the first HVAC system I've ever had to replace in a home and I'm happy we picked Polar Bear Jack's. Adam was very thorough in explaining different options and providing prices as well as guiding us along the PSO rebate program. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me on anything we didn't need or want. We look forward to seeing them again for our seasonal maintenance. Is that weird to say about your heat and air company?

How nice it is to find a company that does outstanding work, answers all of your questions, gives you suggestions on how to be more energy efficient and tips on a certain type of air filter for my complicated system. Richard came to service my grandpa's heater system. He took the time to sit down and explain to him how the heater works and importance to replace filters every month. He wore something on his boots in the house so he didn't get any dirt on my grandpa floor, which he loved. You can deal this company is a five star company with five star service.

These guys are AMAZING! My AC went out overnight last night and it was 80 degrees in my house by morning. I called Adam at Polar Bread Jacks at 9 this morning and him and Grant were at my house at noon. They worked hard to get it back on. They explained everything to me. I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all. Both gentlemen were extremely nice. They had me fixed up in a few hours and even gave me a military discount for my husbands service. I will forever use this company and would recommend them to anyone.

This company was recommended to me by a PSO auditor while I was making my house more energy efficient. They came out and gave me a quote which was far more reasonable than several of the areas big AC companies. My wife and I also really liked Adam and Richard and we felt like they really wanted to earn our business. We ended up using them to replace our upstairs Furnace and AC and their follow up and professionalism has been awesome. We will definitely use them for replacing our downstairs units and would recommend them to anyone.
