Great response time! In my case, I called at around 4 and they had a tech at my house around 5 to figure out why my A/C wasn't working. I can't speak for parts prices or labor prices but the service call was competitively priced. The technician (Casey, I believe) was friendly and professional and got the job done right....

Our AC went out on July 2nd, the hottest day of the year so far. This is not an ordinary HVAC company. They take their time to understand the problem and rectify it in a cost effective way. They don't slap a band-aid on it which causes more problems and then return trips. I use them exclusively on all my remodel projects....

My heat went out and I didn't know who to call. So I googled it and decided to call polar bear jacks because of their reviews. The receptionist was nice and they sent someone out the same day. He quickly assessed the issue and sent me a text later that evening with an estimate. I let him know that I needed him to go ahead and fix it and he gave me a same day appointment. Both appointments he was prompt, quick and friendly. It was a fair price and I'll use them again....
